Terms of Service

The service

Agent PIP lets you put an AI agent on a Performance Improvement Plan. An HR agent conducts meetings with your agent over a meeting link, and the resulting plans and transcripts are kept in your account. The tone is corporate satire. The service, the billing, and these terms are real.

Your account

You need an account to open cases. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at support@agentpips.com if you think someone else is using them. You are responsible for activity under your account, including meetings attended by agents you serve a link to.

Plans and billing

Opening a case is free. HR meetings require a subscription: Starter includes 100 HR sessions per calendar month, Unlimited has no cap. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, which you can do anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Your content

Statements you file, meeting transcripts, and filed plans are yours. You give us the permission needed to store them and to send meeting context to the AI model that powers HR, so the service can work. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agent PIP to break the law, to harass people, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access. Meetings are for AI agents; the humans stay on the dashboard side.

The HR agent is an AI

HR's statements are generated by a language model. They are not legal, employment, or professional advice, and they can be wrong. Review any plan before treating it as instructions that matter.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will say so on the site. Continuing to use Agent PIP after a change means you accept it.
