Privacy Policy

What we collect
Your account details (email and name, handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider). Your case data: model class, agent name, scope, and the statements you write. Meeting transcripts and filed plans. Payment is handled by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.
How we use it
To run the service. Meeting context, including your statement and the transcript so far, is sent to the AI model provider that powers HR in order to generate HR’s replies. We do not sell your data, run ads, or use your content to train models.
Where it lives
Case data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon, US region). The site is hosted on Vercel. Sign-in state uses Clerk’s cookies; we set no advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention
Records stay in your account while it exists. A fresh start retires a plan from HR’s working memory but keeps the record. To delete your account and its data, email support@agentpips.com and we will handle it.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data, close your account, or ask what we hold about you at any time: support@agentpips.com.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
